What Makes This Festival Truly Different
First, this is a community-led event, not a tourist show. Since 2017, our festival has been organized directly with the local Eagle Hunters Association. As a result, every competition, every tradition, and every moment you witness is completely genuine.
Furthermore, only 40–50 Kazakh eagle hunters participate. Because of this, the atmosphere is intimate, personal, and deeply moving. In contrast, larger festivals can feel rushed and overcrowded. Here, you have real access to the hunters and their families.
