We run numerous Mongolia Reindeer Tours & Expeditions year-round, with expertise since 2004. Proud of our documentary The Horse Boy, the autistic boy story we offer memorable tours, including smooth Winter Tours and the Mongolian Reindeer Festival.
Our Mongolia tours immerse you in the country’s beauty, adapting to each season’s unique charm. While we run tours from May to October, we typically pause operations from November to April due to icy rivers and challenging terrain.
Summer & Autumn (May–October): Scenic Tented Camping
In the warmer months, we set up tented camps in some of Mongolia’s most beautiful locations, from riverbanks to mountain valleys. Our camps feature high-quality tents, providing comfort while allowing you to connect with nature in stunning, remote settings. Every detail is managed by our experienced team, including fresh, locally-inspired meals prepared by our expedition cooks to make your outdoor experience comfortable and memorable.
Winter & Spring (November–April): Cozy Cabins, Hotels, and Ger Camps
In colder seasons, guests enjoy warm, traditional accommodations like heated wooden cabins, local hotels, and ger camps. In Northern Mongolia, we offer stays in Reindeer Camp, where you can engage with the Tsaatan (reindeer herders) community and experience their traditional way of life. Each accommodation is chosen for its warmth and comfort, providing a welcome retreat after your day’s exploration.
